Managing the demands of the residential, commercial, and institutional client is our primary goal. We understand clients have multi-faceted needs with individual resources and circumstances. Responding to those needs through both design services and building envelope technology is our specialty. Located in New York City, caseworks' fully staffed project team is able to provide comprehensive architectural services that emphasize professionalism and attentiveness to each unique client. Our operating philosophy stems from a wide range of experience in design, project management, and construction administration. The team's diversified skill set, combined with a thorough understanding of materials and space, allows us to find creative and efficient solutions. John Paul Murray is a licensed architect and the principal of caseworks. Mr. Murray holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture of The Cooper Union, and a Master in Architecture from Harvard University's Graduate School of Design. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Architects, and served as president of the Board of Directors for a 159-unit residential cooperative building in New York City. Mr. Murray has extensive experience in the construction industry from having worked at both contracting and architecture firms prior to launching caseworks. This has provided him with a well-rounded perspective of construction and architectural design.
