The project included restoration and repair of the brick, limestone and terra cotta exterior façade and parapet elements as well as comprehensive roof replacement of this circa 1905 solid masonry, 13-story residential building. caseworks performed diagnostic inspections, design, construction administration, and Local Law 11 services.
