The project included restoration, repair and reconstruction of the copper cornice, limestone and terra cotta façade elements as well as sidewalk vault of this circa 1923 solid masonry, 12-story commercial building. caseworks performed diagnostic inspections, design, construction administration, and Local Law 11 services.
